Job Title: International Dispatcher (UK, Dubai and USA Markets)

Location: Karachi or Lahore Office

Employment: Full time

We are hiring an experienced Dispatcher to support our operations across the UK, Dubai and USA. This role is ideal for someone who has previously managed dispatching for UK and USA markets and understands the pace and expectations of international service businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily dispatch operations across multiple markets
  • Coordinate with drivers, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth collections and deliveries
  • Monitor live orders and route progress, resolve delays, and handle exceptions in real time
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports and communication channels
  • Provide excellent customer support when required
  • Work closely with leadership to improve dispatch efficiency and service quality

Requirements

  • Previous experience in dispatching for UK and USA markets
  • Strong communication skills and confident dealing with customer queries and vendors
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish language skills are a strong advantage
  • Tech comfortable, able to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • Problem solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure

Preferred

  • Experience in on-demand services or logistics operations
  • Familiarity with cloud based dispatch tools
