Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, you will use your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new and existing customers. As Dispatch Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and maintain daily bookings and ensure timely coordination with the dispatch team for vehicle assignments and confirmations.
  • Communicate with the customer service team to resolve customer-related queries, including vehicle type changes, location updates, and delivery time adjustments.
  • Monitor and track dispatched vehicles to ensure on-time delivery and pickup schedules are met.
  • Coordinate with the fleet management and vendor teams to ensure vehicle availability according to booking demand.
  • Handle last-minute booking changes, replacements, and escalations with efficiency and clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate logs of daily dispatch activities, including delays, cancellations, or special customer requests.
  • Support the QA and operations team in maintaining service quality standards across all dispatches.
  • Assist in planning resource allocation to minimize delivery delays and optimize dispatch routes.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to enhance overall dispatch efficiency.
  • Ensure professional communication and coordination with both internal teams and external partners.
