About the role

Ali Programmers is a full-stack agency (Django/Laravel, , Flutter, Shopify/WordPress, AI automations). We're training an intern to help us grow our Upwork channel—end to end.

What you'll do

Source & qualify relevant Upwork jobs and maintain a daily pipeline

Draft tailored proposals (scope, timeline, milestones) and A/B test messaging

Prepare discovery questions, take call notes, and assist with SoWs/estimates

Improve Specialized Profiles & Project Catalogs; manage Connects/boosts

Track KPIs in Sheets/CRM (leads, replies, calls, wins)

What you'll bring

Strong English writing & structured thinking

Basic understanding of web/mobile stacks (no coding required)

Detail orientation, persistence, and professional communication

Familiarity with Upwork or freelance platforms is a plus
