We specialize in Saudi e-invoicing (ZATCA) integration, POS systems, and custom Odoo development.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping expand Altapete Solutions' presence in local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through online platforms, cold calling, and networking.
  • Present company services (Odoo ERP, POS, Web Development, and ZATCA Integration) to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or ERP/IT solutions (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of ERP systems (Odoo knowledge is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in building client relationships.
