Upwork Expert (Bidder) – Night Shift (Onsite)

We're looking for an experienced
Upwork Expert (Bidder)
who knows how to win projects, communicate with clients professionally, and build long-term relationships on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write winning proposals on Upwork to secure design and digital projects.
  • Identify potential projects and clients that align with Big Bash Studio's service offerings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with design team to create accurate project estimates and deliverables.
  • Maintain a consistent bidding activity and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Keep track of leads, proposals, conversions, and client communications through CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with Upwork algorithms, best practices, and client engagement trends.
  • Present weekly reports on performance, wins, and improvement strategies to the leadership team.

Main Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Online Sales Executive / Business Development Specialist in a Digital Agency or Design Studio.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork's platform, bidding system, and proposal structure.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills — ability to write compelling, personalized proposals.
  • Familiarity with design and creative industry services (logos, web design, UI/UX, etc.).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, proposal management, and basic sales reporting.
  • Must be a self-starter, result-oriented, and comfortable working night shifts (US time zone) on-site in Karachi.
