Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder, located in Karachi Division. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying potential clients on Upwork, submitting proposals, managing client communications, and securing projects. Daily tasks include researching job postings, crafting personalized proposals, and fostering relationships with clients to understand their needs and build trust.

Qualifications

  • Experience in creating and submitting proposals, and managing client communications
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using Upwork platform and other freelancing websites
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
