Position Overview:

We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Concrete Material Specialist with a minimum age of 55 years or a retired professional who has extensive experience in the concrete, precast, or related construction materials industry. This role is ideal for someone who wants to apply a lifetime of technical expertise to guide, optimize, and mentor a growing manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of AFINISHES' manufacturing facility.
• Oversee quality control, ensuring all products meet design and strength specifications.
• Develop and improve concrete mix designs for various product lines, including terrazzo, 3D tiles, and heat insulation tiles.
• Train and mentor plant staff in technical and operational best practices.
• Coordinate with management on production targets, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in production and provide expert solutions.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 30 years' experience in concrete technology, precast manufacturing, or construction materials.
• Proven expertise in mix design, curing methods, and manufacturing process optimization.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on, leadership role at the manufacturing unit.
