The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and supervise construction and development projects.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Prepare BOQs, project reports, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure quality assurance, compliance with building codes, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor junior engineers and site staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / BSc Civil Engineering.
  • 7–8 years of proven experience in civil engineering and project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of design, structural analysis, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: Rs100, Rs120,000.00 per month
