Job Title: Junior Website Developer (Night Shift)

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Shift Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Mon-Sat

About the Role

Globo Tech Solutions is seeking a motivated and technically capable Junior Website Developer to join our team working during the night shift. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on development experience, work with real projects, and improve skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and update websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.
  • Work with responsive design; ensure the websites look good and work well on desktop, tablets & mobile.
  • Assist in converting designs / mockups into functioning web pages.
  • Troubleshoot bugs, ensure cross-browser compatibility, optimize site load times.
  • Manage and update content via CMS (WordPress or similar).
  • Perform regular site maintenance: updates, backups, security patches.
  • Use version control (Git or similar) to collaborate and maintain code.
  • Support team in implementing new features as per specification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Some prior experience (even internships or academic projects) in building websites.
  • Good grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Familiarity with a CMS preferred (e.g. WordPress).
  • Understanding of responsive design & performance optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of version control (e.g. Git).
  • Problem solving, attention to detail, ability to work independently & handle night shift hours.
  • Good communication skills.

  • Fixed night shift hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday-Saturday
