FAAZ is seeking a highly skilled Remote Technical Proposal Writer to join our team. The selected candidate will have a proven ability to create clear, concise, and compelling proposals for U.S. Federal government RFQs/RFIs, with a focus on IT services and solutions. This is a work-from-home role with market-rate pay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create technically accurate, compliant, and persuasive proposal responses that address government customer requirements, ensuring clarity and adherence to proposal guidelines.
• Analyze RFQ/RFI requirements to develop compliance matrices, proposal templates, outlines, and resource allocation plans. Ensure all deliverables are aligned with solicitation criteria and government regulations.
• Gather and synthesize technical and business information from subject matter experts, project teams, and other internal resources to produce cohesive and well-structured proposal content.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, sourcing, engagement, and administrative departments, to ensure all necessary information is captured for proposal submissions.
• Organize and lead virtual meetings with the proposal project team to define roles, responsibilities, and timelines, ensuring all contributors meet deadlines and deliverables are completed efficiently.
• Review and edit content provided by other team members, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance. Apply a keen eye for detail regarding grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
• Maintain and update proposal-related databases, including past performance records, technical solutions, management approaches, and references for future use.
• Ensure all submissions are delivered on time and adhere to the customer's guidelines, specifications, and formats.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in developing and leading U.S. Federal government technical proposals (RFQs/RFIs) for IT services.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling, clear, and concise technical documents with a strong emphasis on compliance and accuracy.
• Familiarity with IT methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, SDLC, CMMI, ISO, and ITIL is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, with strong interpersonal skills to work with remote, cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and government standards for IT solutions.
• Experience in reviewing and editing content created by other contributors, ensuring a unified and professional tone throughout the proposal.

This is a remote position offering market-rate pay.
