United Global Solutions is looking to hire Fiverr/Upwork Sales Specialist.

We are seeking a highly motivated Fiverr/Upwork Sales Specialist to manage and grow our freelancing business on global platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and similar marketplaces. The specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities, converting leads into clients, and building long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and optimize company profiles on Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelancing platforms.
  2. Write compelling proposals and customized responses to job postings to secure projects.
  3. Generate leads, negotiate with clients, and close deals aligned with business goals.
  4. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand project requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  5. Work with internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) to deliver projects successfully.
  6. Research market trends and competitor strategies to maximize conversions and improve gig visibility.
  7. Track sales performance, maintain records, and provide regular reporting on progress.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional support and resolving queries.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive on Fiverr, Upwork, or similar platforms.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
  3. Ability to write persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
  4. Good understanding of digital services (IT, design, marketing, writing, etc. – adjust as per your niche).
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  6. Familiarity with freelancing platform algorithms and best practices for ranking and visibility.
  7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum [1–3] years of relevant experience.
  2. Track record of successfully closing international projects.
  3. Knowledge of CRM tools or project management platforms.
  4. Ability to build long-term client relationships and upsell services.
