Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for an Upwork Sales Specialist. The Upwork Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing CINCO360's presence on Upwork. Day-to-day tasks include creating and optimizing proposals, maintaining client communications, ensuring timely project delivery, and identifying new business opportunities. The specialist will work closely with the project management and design teams to meet client requirements and handle negotiations and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Upwork platform management, client communications, and proposal creation
  • Sales and negotiation skills to secure projects and manage client expectations
  • Strong project management skills including time management, team coordination, and deadline adherence
  • Understanding of digital marketing, web development, and branding basics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Previous experience in a digital agency or similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
