Qualification:

  • Master's Degree from HEC Recognized Institution, preferably MBA in Supply Chain Management.

Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Issuance of Materials,
  • Ensure accurate up to date records of all stock items in the Stores,
  • Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts and reconciliations,
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate re-ordering to prevent shortages / surplus,
  • Ensure proper storage conditions to preserve the quality of materials,
  • Ensure timely issuance of materials to the relevant departments based on approved requisitions,
  • Manage proper tagging, labeling and storage of materials for easy identification and retrieval,
  • Follow and ensure HSE guidelines in operations.
