Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for Sales and Marketing Executives based in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers for health card services, executing market research to understand customer needs, and developing effective market strategies. The role also includes presenting products and services persuasively to clients, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research
  • Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship building
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the insurance or health industry is an advantage
