Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Card Sales Team Leader based at EFU Life Assurance's Karachi Cantt Branch. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing the day-to-day sales operations. The role involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching and training to team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Team Leader will also be responsible for reporting sales metrics and outcomes to senior management.
