We are looking for a skilled Admin & Maintenance Supervisor to manage administrative operations and oversee maintenance activities within our manufacturing unit. The role involves ensuring smooth office functions, coordinating maintenance schedules, and maintaining equipment and facility performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise administrative tasks, including inventory, procurement, and office management.
  • Lead and manage maintenance teams to ensure machinery and facility are well-maintained.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Monitor manufacturing equipment performance and coordinate repairs.
  • Maintain logs, generate reports, and manage maintenance budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administration and maintenance supervision in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software.
