We are currently looking for a Store Officer who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing construction-related store operations to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials/stock
- Ensure accurate and organized storage of items in designated racks or areas
- Handle stock efficiently, maintain records, and report any discrepancies to the supplier in a timely manner
- Generate demands in the system with closing balance checks
- Daily submit the issuance and receipt reports of materials to the Store Manager
- Verify materials against delivery challans and invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store; inspect for product damage or leakage
- Monitor expiry dates of products to prevent material wastage
- Ensure proper issuance and documentation of tools and equipment to employee names
- Prepare gate pass reports for returnable materials
- Oversee safe loading and unloading of all materials
- Categorize and manage scrap materials appropriately in categories
