Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Expert to manage, optimize, and grow our clients' social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics, along with a strong understanding of trends and audience engagement


In This Role, You'll:

  • Post daily content (Stories + Reels or Feed) to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Threads (as needed)
  • Respond to DMs and comments within 12–24 hours
  • Repost customer tags and build UGC libraries in Google Drive
  • Grow organic engagement by leaving 10+ thoughtful comments daily on beauty/natural lifestyle accounts
  • Track and update a verified influencer list weekly for potential partnerships
  • Plan and execute themed content (Mystique Mondays, Tutorial Tuesdays, etc.)
  • Analyze weekly performance and submit a Friday analytics report
  • Research hashtags, pitch campaign ideas, support product launches, and more


Ideal Candidate:

Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts

Passionate about clean beauty, community building, and inclusive storytelling

Can confidently embody the Mysteek voice: bold, vibrant, relatable

Strong content calendar and campaign planning skills

Experience working with Canva and short-form video editing

Use content provided by the client (e.g., tips, notes, event details) and prepare it for posting.

Design posts in Canva using provided templates (quotes, carousels, flyers).

Break down longer content into engaging carousel posts.

Schedule content consistently across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Pre-schedule webinar flyers and other event promotions.

Ensure brand consistency and professional look across all posts.

Track performance and suggest improvements (basic reporting).

Engage with followers (replying to comments, messages when needed).

Requirements:

  • Experience managing social media accounts (professional or brand).

  • Strong Canva skills (templates, carousels, flyers).

  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.).

  • Good eye for design and content flow.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
