About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, drive engagement, and build brand awareness across all digital platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate should also have prior experience managing overseas clients and tailoring strategies for diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos, graphics).

Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build strong online communities.

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

Manage paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, and promotions to maximize reach.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in social media or digital marketing (experience with overseas clients is required).

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.

Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.

Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Suite).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).

At least 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing, with exposure to international/overseas clients.
