We're scaling fast — and we need a senior operator who can own the end-to-end supply chain for our home textiles and apparel business. From negotiating in the factories of Guangzhou to uncovering hidden-gem overstock in Faisalabad, you'll make sure the right product lands at the right cost, quality, and time — every time.

You'll work directly with the CEO and have a clear mandate: build a world-class supply chain that delivers growth and margin.

Your Mission (First 12 Months)

  • Reduce landed cost on top SKUs by 8–10% without quality compromise
  • Secure 3–5 high-quality new suppliers in China and Pakistan for strategic growth categories
  • Cut average supplier lead times by 15%
  • Build a supplier performance scorecard and upgrade or replace underperformers

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing strategy for home textiles & apparel, balancing cost, quality, and speed
  • Negotiate contracts and payment terms with suppliers in China and Pakistan
  • Leverage industry contacts to secure leftover/overstock products at competitive rates
  • Oversee import logistics, including freight booking, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
  • Attend international trade fairs (e.g., Canton Fair) and local sourcing events to identify suppliers
  • Partner with design and merchandising to align product development with market needs
  • Track and report KPIs to the CEO, with proactive solutions for any supply risks

Must-have Qualifications (applicants must meet all of these to be considered)

  • 2–3+ years in senior supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing — ideally in textiles and/or apparel
  • Proven track record importing from China and managing overseas vendor relationships end-to-end
  • Strong skills in negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor performance management
  • Experience overseeing freight, customs clearance, and local distribution
  • Direct experience managing MOQs, lead times, and purchase order (PO) processes with international suppliers
  • Willingness to travel internationally (China, GCC) and locally to textile hubs as needed
  • Based in Lahore or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications (not required but strongly preferred)

  • Established network of textile suppliers in Pakistan, including access to leftover/overstock goods from factories
  • Experience attending international trade fairs (e.g., Canton Fair) for supplier sourcing and negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to reduce landed costs and supplier lead times
  • Experience managing an annual procurement budget of at least USD 100,000+
  • Familiarity with apparel sourcing in addition to home textiles
