Role Overview

Ruby Suleiman, (Yellow Cow Company (pvt) LTD) is a fast-scaling fashion powerhouse working across Pakistan and the UK, with a portfolio of creative brands. We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead to oversee and execute our end-to-end marketing operations — across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and Social Media.

This is a foundational leadership role where you'll work directly with the Founder (a marketing expert and creative director) to manage, build, and grow a small but powerful marketing team under you. You will be empowered to take charge of execution while maintaining a high level of ownership, structure, and performance across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution


• Translate the Founder's creative and strategic briefs into actionable marketing plans.


• Build and maintain a structured campaign calendar (launches, promos, retargeting).


• Coordinate across paid ads, organic social, email marketing, and Shopify.

Performance Marketing


• Supervise and brief Meta Ads + Google Ads specialists.


• Review ad performance, ROAS, CTRs, and recommend adjustments.


• Manage budgets and A/B testing for lead gen and sales campaigns.

Shopify & eCommerce


• Oversee product uploads, pricing, offers, and homepage updates.


• Brief developers/designers on landing pages and store optimizations.


• Ensure store is ready for every campaign (banners, links, collections).

Social Media & Content Oversight


• Manage or supervise social media posting calendars (IG, TikTok, Facebook).


• Work with content creators/designers to produce reels, visuals, and captions.


• Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.

Team Leadership


• Hire and manage 2–3 support staff under you (ads, content, Shopify).


• Set clear goals, timelines, and review their performance.


• Work across internal teams, freelancers, and vendors.

What We're Looking For


• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in marketing (fashion/lifestyle preferred).


• Strong background in digital and performance marketing.


• Experience managing Shopify or eCommerce platforms.


• Can lead people, manage projects, and handle day-to-day execution.


• Comfortable working in a high-paced, founder-led creative company.


• Self-driven, resourceful, and great at turning ideas into results.

Bonus If You Have:


• Light graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)


• Prior experience with UK or international brands


• Strong aesthetic and creative sensibility (to match Ruby Suleiman standards)
