Role Description

This is a full-time on-site night shift
role for a Human Resources Manager based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR policies and procedures, handle recruitment and onboarding, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, conducting performance appraisals, managing compensation and benefits programs, and facilitating training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR policies and procedures, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws
  • Proven ability in recruitment, onboarding, and managing compensation and benefits programs
  • Skills in conducting performance appraisals and facilitating training and development initiatives
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
  • Experience in a marketing or telemarketing company is advantageous
