Senior Shopify Developer
 to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling our e-commerce success globally.

Role Overview

As a Senior Shopify Developer at GK Hair, you will be responsible for the
development, optimization, and management of our global Shopify stores
. You will work closely with cross functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Design, to deliver seamless, high-performing, and user-friendly online experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about
e-commerce innovation
and thrives in a
fast-paced international environment
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    development and customization
    of Shopify stores across multiple regions.
  • Build and implement
    custom themes, features, and integrations
    to support business goals.
  • Ensure
    site performance, uptime, and scalability
    to handle high-traffic global operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver
    localized experiences
    tailored to each market.
  • Integrate and manage
    third-party apps, APIs, and automation tools
    .
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain system reliability with
    best practices in coding and testing
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Shopify development experience
    (Shopify Plus preferred).
  • Proficiency in
    Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Shopify APIs, custom app development, and integrations
    .
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    international e-commerce operations
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Git, Google Analytics, CRO, and SEO optimization
    .
  • Knowledge of
    site performance optimization and UX best practices
    .
