Job Objectives:

  • To ensure timely and accurate collection of all school fees in alignment with Kaizen High School's financial policies and procedures.
  • To maintain updated, well-organized, and accurate records of student fee payments, outstanding balances, and recovery progress.
  • To enhance communication with parents/guardians regarding fee schedules, dues, and payment plans to support smooth financial operations.
  • To identify and address discrepancies in fee records by coordinating with relevant departments and taking necessary corrective actions.
  • To support the Finance Department in preparing periodic fee recovery reports and contributing to the overall financial planning of the school.
  • To uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity while handling sensitive financial information.
  • To contribute to an efficient, transparent, and parent-friendly fee management system at Kaizen High School.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret financial data
  • Experience in invoicing, financial transactions, and managing fee recovery processes
  • Proficiency in finance and accounting practices, with knowledge of relevant software and tools
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the education sector is an advantage
