Pakistan Facilities Management (PFM) is looking for a 
motivated and detail-oriented MTO - HR
 to support our growing HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for 
fresh graduates
 or individuals who want hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee engagement.

Role Purpose

To assist the HR team in day-to-day operations and support core HR activities including recruitment, attendance, documentation, payroll inputs, and employee facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in routine tasks and departmental activities.
  • Support onboarding by preparing joining documents and creating employee files as per the HR checklist.
  • Maintain complete employee records in both hard and soft formats.
  • Prepare and issue employee letters such as ID cards, account opening letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate with employees and supervisors to resolve basic HR queries.
  • Ensure filing accuracy, data confidentiality, and timely record updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions (HR software familiarity is a plus).
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
