About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven IELTS/PTE Instructor with a strong background in English language test preparation and an understanding of overseas education pathways. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student success and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging IELTS/PTE preparation classes (online or on-site).
  • Design lesson plans and practice materials tailored to individual student needs.
  • Monitor progress, provide detailed feedback, and guide students toward their target scores.
  • Stay updated with current IELTS/PTE exam formats and changes.
  • Support and guide students on their study abroad journey.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in IELTS and/or PTE with overseas education consultancy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of international student recruitment processes and education pathways for overseas study.
  • Proven track record in a performance-driven sales environment with strong closing techniques.
  • Ability to work with diverse learners and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Certifications such as CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent are a plus.
