An organized and skilled IELTS/PTE trainer is needed by Study Smart. The organization provides a top-notch working environment with dynamic, quick career advancement and a competitive compensation. This is a full-time on-site role located in 19-C Faisal Town Lahore for an IELTS/PTE Trainer. The IELTS/PTE Trainer will be responsible for teaching and preparing students for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and Pearson Test of English (PTE) exams. The IELTS/PTE trainer will be expected to conduct diagnostic assessments of students to identify strengths, weaknesses, and learning objectives; design and deliver customized training programs to students; provide regular progress reports and feedback to students; and support students throughout the application and testing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing the course structure to train the students for IELTS & PTE.
  • Aiming and ensuring that the students to attain 7+ bands in IELTS & PTE.
  • Plan and deliver a variety of IELTS & PTE lectures and tutorials which focus on the four key skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing.
  • Teach classes focused on both IELTS & PTE Academic and General Training tests.
  • Conduct and grade IELTS & PTE practice tests.
  • Marking and monitoring student's work through various mediums.
  • Assist in conducting placement tests to determine the most suitable classes for students.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide individual feedback to students throughout the course.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in English or a related field.

Understanding of the IELTS/PTE testing format, assessment criteria, and techniques to attain desirable scores.

Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.

Experience in designing and delivering customized training programs to meet individual student needs.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work in a team, commit to professional development, and contribute to curriculum development.
