We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services.
Create tailored proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Handle objections effectively and convert leads into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and client engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telesales experience B2B or B2C- (Advantage if software sales)
Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening, and writing).
Ability to create professional proposals and presentations.
Strong objection handling and closing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
High level of confidence, rapport building, and persuasion ability.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Working Hours:
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
