This is a home-based role so the successful candidate will have access to a home office with the associated Tech. e.g. pc, printer, fast broadband etc. The working hours will be 9am to 5pm UK TIME.

Key requirements:

· The ideal candidate MUST have excellent command of the English language.

· Educated to degree level.

· A people person who quickly develops rapport and fosters relationships with ease

Desirable;

· Some prior sales experience

· Have attended prior sales training courses

Below is a brief summary of the key deliverables;

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products.
  • Answering questions about our products or the company
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Developing processes that drive sales
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Identify and qualify potential sales leads
  • Generate repeat business by promoting new offers to customers
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities
  • Conduct surveys to gauge customer satisfaction
  • Using the data provided by marketing representatives to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence
  • Cold calling and helping to reduce negative reaction from leads
  • Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of the company through effective customer relations, empathy, and effective communication skills.
  • Share daily progress reports in an excel sheet with the section lead

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs35,000.00 per month
