Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with a lot of creativity, energy and positivity for the role of a Business Development Specialist with experience in the Digital Marketing field with expertise in US and Canada. Using tools like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and Instantly for generating leads and developing business.

It's a Hybrid Role with a very strong Commission %. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development for marketing firms.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals through Cold Calling and other digital platforms.
  • Experience in email campaigns, Text campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, handle client objections, and close deals efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
