Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer located in Karachi. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, developing algorithms, and working on neural networks. Key duties include data analysis, pattern recognition, and optimizing machine learning processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within Reon's existing systems is also a critical part of the role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop & fine-tune LLMs
    – Train, optimize, and deploy state-of-the-art language models for real-world applications.
  • Design & implement Knowledge Graphs
    – Build scalable graph systems that power intelligent data retrieval and reasoning.
  • Data pipeline management
    – Build and optimize data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering pipelines.
  • Integrate AI into products
    – Ensure seamless deployment of AI models into production applications.
  • Model evaluation & optimization
    – Improve performance, accuracy, and scalability of ML solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams
    – Work with data scientists, product owners, and engineers to align AI initiatives with business needs.
  • Stay ahead of the curve
    – Research and experiment with the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP, and graph-based AI.

Qualifications & Requirement

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields (Ph.D. a plus).
  • ML & NLP Expertise: Strong experience with deep learning, transformers, and NLP models (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, T5, etc.).
  • Knowledge Graphs: Practical experience with Neo4j, RDF, OWL, GraphQL.
  • Programming: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, Ray.
  • Data Engineering: Familiarity with Spark, Kafka, Airflow, ETL pipelines.
  • Cloud & Deployment: Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes.
  • Mindset: Problem-solver, innovative thinker, collaborative teammate, and passionate about AI.
