Role Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models and algorithms to solve business problems.
  • Optimize and fine-tune models to improve performance and scalability in a production environment.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and data visualization to identify trends and patterns.
  • Communicate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML frameworks, libraries, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Experience

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with generative AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face) and models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
