Job Type: Full-Time Internship (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Description:

EmpowerX Skills is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing & Management Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and brand building. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing engaging content across multiple social platforms.

This internship requires a minimum commitment of 4 months and offers a learning-focused environment where interns can develop professional skills. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Monitor social media pages, respond to comments, messages, and engage with audiences.
  • Conduct research on current trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies.
  • Support in running and managing social media campaigns and ads.
  • Assist in designing creatives (basic graphics, reels, short videos, etc.) with the design team.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports on campaign performance.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their tools.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and online branding.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English/Urdu.
  • Ability to work full-time (9 AM – 5 PM) in the office.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Laptop is a plus (but not mandatory).

Internship Details:

  • Duration: Minimum 4 months (Full-time)
  • Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Near University Town BRT Station, opposite to Custom House, University Road, Peshawar
  • Stipend Policy:
  • 1st Month: No stipend for beginners (learning & training period).
  • From 2nd Month onwards: Performance-based stipend may be given.
  • Career Growth: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time paid position after internship.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From Rs5,000.00 per month
