Location: Peshawar (Onsite)

Stipend: Zero for fresh interns | Up to PKR 20,000 for experienced candidates

About the Role

GrowX Digital is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to learn and work as a TikTok & YouTube Automation Expert. This role is designed for those who are enthusiastic about digital media and eager to develop high-income skills in video content creation, automation, and monetization.

We will train interns on how to:

  • Monetize content on TikTok & YouTube
  • Create AI-driven realistic video content (movie-style shorts, skits, and storytelling) using advanced AI tools
  • Understand the workflow of content automation for growth and revenue

Responsibilities

  • Learn and implement TikTok & YouTube monetization strategies
  • Research and generate trending content ideas suitable for automation
  • Create realistic, engaging video content using different AI tools
  • Assist in managing automated content channels for scalability
  • Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and monetization requirements
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop unique, engaging content

Requirements

  • Strong interest in social media platforms, especially TikTok & YouTube
  • Eagerness to learn about AI tools, automation, and content monetization
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
  • Basic understanding of video editing (knowledge of AI video tools is a plus)
  • Enthusiastic, committed, and willing to grow with the team
