About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
AI Developer
to join our team and enhance our
social media screening and risk intelligence platform
. This role involves designing and maintaining
intelligent, modular AI pipelines
for
data scraping, NLP analysis, image/video analysis, adverse media scanning, and risk scoring
. You will work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Powered Social Media Scraping & Processing

  • Design scalable modules for scraping and processing
    public social media data
    .
  • Trigger pipelines upon assignment of subjects/entities.
  • Implement robust scraping with proxy rotation, session handling, and captcha solving.
  • Store structured/unstructured metadata in
    SQL/NoSQL databases
    .

2. NLP & Risk Analysis Engine

  • Build and maintain
    NLP pipelines
    for:
  • Sentiment analysis
  • Keyword & topic flagging (hate speech, drugs, violence, extremism, etc.)
  • Entity recognition (NER)
  • Topic clustering & labeling
  • Develop rule-based + ML-driven classifiers for
    behavioral risk scoring
    .
  • Apply advanced
    transformer-based NLP models
    (BERT, GPT, HuggingFace).

3. Image/Video & Media Analysis

  • Integrate
    computer vision pipelines
    for detecting nudity, violence, symbols, and explicit content.
  • Use APIs (AWS Rekognition, GCP Vision) and/or custom models (CNNs, vision transformers).

4. Adverse Media & External Data Screening

  • Automate searches across
    news, blogs, and forums
    for subject mentions.
  • Run the same NLP pipelines for adverse coverage & reputational risk.

5. Behavior-Based Risk Assessment Framework

  • Enhance scoring system across dimensions such as
    Professionalism, Communication Style, Social Behavior, Substance Use, Violence, Discrimination, Sexual Content, Criminal References, Mental Stability, Reputational Media Risk
    .
  • Maintain configurable
    flag rules engine
    for dynamic risk scoring.

6. Compliance & OSINT Practices

  • Apply
    OSINT techniques
    responsibly while respecting platform TOS.
  • Ensure full compliance with
    GDPR, CCPA, and global data privacy laws
    .
  • Build explainable AI solutions for transparent risk assessments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years
    professional experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong in
    Python
    (scraping, automation, data pipelines, AI/ML).
  • NLP expertise with
    spaCy, HuggingFace, NLTK, OpenAI APIs
    .
  • Experience with
    computer vision APIs
    (AWS Rekognition, Google Vision) and custom models.
  • Web scraping proficiency (Scrapy, Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer) including proxy handling.
  • Database skills:
    MySQL/PostgreSQL + MongoDB
    .
  • Cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Familiarity with
    MLOps pipelines
    for monitoring & retraining models.
  • Strong understanding of
    OSINT and compliance
    requirements.
