About the Role

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure our recycled products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role will involve product inspections, laboratory testing, monitoring production processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

  • Conduct quality tests.

  • Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports.

  • Support ISO certification, audits, and compliance requirements.

  • Investigate defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

  • Train production staff on quality standards and defect prevention.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Quality, Materials Science, Industrial Chemistry or related field.

  • 3–5 years' experience in QA/QC, preferably in packaging and manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of quality systems and inspection tools.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
