Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Officer based in Sialkot. The Area Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships within the assigned area. Daily tasks include visiting retailers, monitoring sales performance, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring product availability and visibility in the market. The role also involves channel sales management and coordination with distributors.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
  • Channel Sales skills and ability to manage distribution networks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the FMCG or dairy industry is a plus
