Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, accuracy, and familiarity with spreadsheets and data processing tools. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and confidentiality are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter customer and account data from source documents into the system within set deadlines.
  • Compile, verify, and sort information based on priorities to prepare data for entry.
  • Review data for errors or deficiencies; correct and verify data when necessary.
  • Conduct research to obtain missing or unclear information for incomplete documents.
  • Apply data program techniques and follow standard procedures.
  • Generate reports and maintain data records by storing completed work in appropriate locations.
  • Perform regular backup operations to ensure data integrity.
  • Scan, print, and organize physical documents as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Respond to information requests and retrieve relevant files.
  • Adhere to data integrity and security policies.
  • Maintain and report any issues with office equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office and data management software
  • High typing speed with strong accuracy
  • Excellent command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain focus and confidentiality on assigned tasks

Job Details:

  • Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
