We've already validated two generations of automated microfactories. Now we're going all-in on

Gen 3—a plug-and-play robotic batching system that automates solid dispensing, liquid

dispensing, heating, and mixing. Think of it as the robotic kitchen for chemistry-based products.

Gen 3 will power our own facilities and a global network of partner-operated units.

This is more than a machine—it's a distributed manufacturing platform that will redefine how

Chemistry-based products are made and delivered.

About the Role

We're assembling a small, elite engineering team to work directly with our founder. This is an

all-in, build mode role: From concept to CAD to physical prototype, you'll help take Gen 3 from a

blank screen to a working, show-ready demo to present to the world by next year.

You'll be one of three core engineers who can move fast, wear multiple hats, and obsess over

solving problems in creative, resourceful ways.

What You'll Do

● Rapidly design, iterate, and refine concepts in Onshape (or similar CAD tools)—from

individual parts to full assemblies.

● Develop mechanical systems for solid dispensing, liquid dispensing, heating, and high-

shear mixing.

● Prototype and test mechanisms, sensors, and actuators to prove concepts quickly.

● Collaborate with the software team to integrate robotics and automation components.

● Work hands-on with assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of prototypes.

● Prepare designs for 3D mockups, animations, and production-ready builds.

● Move fast—this is not a slow, corporate R&D lab.

● Help create prototype concept videos.

What We're Looking For

● Mechanical generalists who can work across design, prototyping, and assembly.

● Strong CAD skills in Onshape or equivalent (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.).

● Experience in robotics, mechatronics, mechanical design, or related disciplines.

● Ability to translate abstract concepts into working mechanisms quickly.

● Hands-on build and fabrication skills—you know how to make your designs real.

● Creative problem-solving and a bias for action—you'll be moving from concept to

physical prototype in weeks, not months.

● Self-driven, proactive, and ready to go all-in on something big.
