IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The purpose of this role is to facilitate & support transactional & transformational agenda of GCPO Office, ensuring smooth, seamless & efficient delivery of tasks. This includes highest levels of data & information confidentiality. This role also acts as a sounding board for GCPO with respect to organizations culture & practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily civil renovation projects for PTCL Group exchanges, ensuring timely execution within budget while upholding quality standards.
  • Lead structural assessments of PTCL Group buildings with consultants, finalize BOQs for remedial works, and implement key project decisions.
  • Manage end-to-end civil projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while reporting progress to senior management.
  • Forecast and manage departmental OPEX/CAPEX, and conduct audits of civil works across zones to ensure alignment with HQ standards and quality criteria.
  • Handle procurement processes including purchase requests, approvals, PO tracking, GRN/SES execution, invoice processing, business case approvals, and monthly reporting.

Qualification:

  • B.Sc. Civil Engineering/PM Certification
