About the Role:

We are hiring a 
Civil Engineer (CAD Operator) for Paid Internship
to support our engineering and estimation team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD and shop drawings. You will work under the guidance of senior team members and gain exposure to real projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing 2D and 3D CAD drawings.
  • Convert design intent into shop drawings under supervision.
  • Revise drawings based on review comments or change orders.
  • Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve technical queries.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned drawings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D).
  • Ability to read and understand architectural/structural plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
