What You'll Do

 Podcast Editing & Production

  • Edit full-length podcast episodes (audio + video) with clean pacing, music, and storytelling flow.
  • Maintain consistent quality, tone, and aesthetic across all episodes.

 Content Creation & Repurposing

  • Create multiple short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) from each episode.
  • Design teasers, highlight snippets, and quote visuals optimized for each platform.
  • Develop rollout calendars and content plans per episode.

 Guest Coordination & Research

  • Research trending guests and industry voices that fit the show's vibe.
  • Handle guest outreach, scheduling, and communication.
  • Prepare briefing notes for the host before recordings.

 Trend & Strategy Insight

  • Keep a pulse on podcast, creator, and social media trends.
  • Suggest creative formats and strategies to boost visibility and audience growth.

 On-Ground & BTS Content

  • Shadow the host during recordings and events to capture behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Create spontaneous BTS reels and social snippets from live shoots.

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve).
  • Know how to make content 
    feel alive
     through sound, rhythm, and storytelling.
  • Are comfortable managing multiple creative tasks at once.
  • Understand social media algorithms and engagement psychology.
  • Have a keen eye for design, tone, and brand storytelling.
