Content Lead
who can own that narrative across digital, podcast, and brand ecosystems.


The Role

As the
Content Lead
, you'll sit at the intersection of creativity, business, and technology.

Your mission: turn ideas into stories and stories into measurable impact.

You'll lead storytelling that amplifies Egora's brand evolution — through podcasts, campaigns, and digital narratives that influence industries and inspire audiences.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a multi-platform content roadmap that connects Egora's growth and innovation story.
  • Conceptualize, write, and produce podcasts, brand narratives, and digital features focused on innovation, marketing, and business impact.
  • Build and manage a content calendar across social, podcast, and thought-leadership channels.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to align storytelling with brand strategy.
  • Use data and insights to refine tone, topics, and formats for maximum engagement.
  • Manage and mentor writers, editors, and collaborators to ensure quality and consistency.


You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in content strategy, journalism, or brand storytelling.
  • A proven ability to lead tech, startup, or podcast content projects.
  • Strong grasp of digital transformation, innovation, and modern marketing culture.
  • Exceptional writing and conceptual storytelling skills — able to transform complex ideas into engaging, accessible content.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Descript, ChatGPT, and Figma for ideation and production.


Bonus Skills

  • Experience in podcast scripting, producing, or hosting.
  • Exposure to SaaS, marketing automation, or e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Understanding of creative direction and brand design workflows.
