Position Overview
As the
Digital Marketing Specialist
, you will take ownership of Aptitude Migration's digital marketing ecosystem – from strategy and content planning to execution, optimization, and reporting. Your goal will be to drive high-quality leads, boost online engagement, and build a strong, trustworthy digital identity aligned with our brand.

This role requires both creative vision and analytical rigor. You must be hands-on with marketing platforms and tools, able to lead campaigns from concept to conversion.

**Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Management**

  • Develop and implement 360-degree digital marketing strategies across all channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Plan and manage lead generation campaigns for study visas, migration programs, and webinars/seminars.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Content & Social Media

  • Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to develop high-performing content (ads, blog posts, videos, success stories, email campaigns).
  • Plan, publish, and manage engaging social media content calendars.
  • Respond to queries, comments, and community engagement in a timely manner.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Set and monitor KPIs: CPL (Cost per Lead), ROAS, Conversion Rates, CTR, and Engagement Rates.
  • Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Perform A/B testing, funnel tracking, and conversion optimization for landing pages and ads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in the education, migration, or consultancy industry.

Strong command over:

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
  • SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Tag Manager
  • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience with WordPress, Canva, basic video editing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadline
