Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Lahore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective digital marketing strategies, managing online marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, and creating compelling content for social media. The specialist will also collaborate with the marketing team to enhance communication efforts.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and increasing customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance.

Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and content marketing to improve website ranking.

Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality marketing materials.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.

Prepare regular performance reports on campaign ROI and KPIs.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or SEO/SEM.

Strong understanding of content creation, analytics, and online advertising.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or HubSpot.

Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SEO is a plus.

Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.

Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
