We are seeking a detail-oriented
Financial Specialist
to support accurate financial reporting, cost analysis, and process optimization. The role involves preparing revenue calculations, analyzing costs across projects and departments, and ensuring timely month-end closings. The ideal candidate will provide actionable financial insights to support management decision-making and drive efficiency across financial processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review revenue calculations in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards.
  • Perform detailed cost analysis and ensure accurate cost mapping across projects and departments.
  • Ensure timely booking of expenses, accruals, and adjustments in the financial system.
  • Support and execute month-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Streamline financial processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to support management in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    ; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are a plus.
  • 3–4 years of experience
    in financial analysis, cost management, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of
    financial reporting standards
    and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel
    and financial systems/software.
  • Excellent
    analytical and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Strong
    attention to detail
    and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under
    tight deadlines
    and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills to provide clear insights to management and cross-functional teams.
