Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Lahore. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on real estate investments, conducting property tours, and assisting clients through the buying or selling process. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, providing excellent customer service, coordinating property viewings, and handling sales negotiations. The consultant will also be tasked with maintaining up-to-date market knowledge and building long-lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Consulting, and Real Estate skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work on site in Lahore
  • Experience in real estate consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record in property sales and consultancy
