Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative, located in DHA, Lahore. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, communicating effectively to understand their real estate needs, and providing information about properties. The role involves creating sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Previous experience with international calls
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Effective Sales skills
  • Ability to provide Training to other team members
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
