About Abra & Co

Abra & Co is a modern, fast-growing UK optician brand. We're expanding rapidly across multiple locations, blending healthcare, design, and exceptional client service. We're now looking for an Executive / Operations Assistant in Pakistan to help drive execution across the business and act as a critical interface between the CEO and our teams.

This is not a traditional admin role. We need someone proactive, organised, and execution-focused — someone who thrives on getting things done and keeping projects moving at speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the interface between CEO and multiple teams (practice managers, marketing, SEO, finance).
  • Sit in on team/manager meetings, take structured notes, and convert them into clear follow-ups with deadlines.
  • Proactively manage projects (e.g. reducing debtors, driving marketing outputs, coordinating social media content).
  • Monitor workloads and deliverables: Where were we last week? Where are we now? What's delayed?
  • Build reports and dashboards to give the CEO visibility at a glance.
  • Use AI tools and automation to improve workflows, reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Communicate directly with team members to follow up on tasks, hold people accountable, and resolve blockers.
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time, every time.
