About the Role:

We are looking for a
Product Operations & Executive Assistant
to support our management team in day-to-day operations, product coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing product operations and coordinating between teams.
  • Support senior management with scheduling, communication, and documentation.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and follow up on tasks.
  • Conduct basic research and help with product-related documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth workflow within the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
